Did you know that vitamins deficiency can make your chicks get crooked neck disease - torticollis.
The chick tends to be unable to control it's neck and unable to also hold it up. The chick also tends to lose balance or walk backwards.
To avoid this condition, ensure that you give your chicks enough amounts of vitamins in their diet.
Note: There are also other conditions that can cause the above symptoms:
As we all know prevention is always better than cure so always vaccinate your birds promptly. This helps to prevent diseases like Newcastle, Marek's and Gumboro at early age.
Remember always ensure you have a footbath at the entrance of your poultry house.
