That’s almost 92L of milk a day! My best cow below produced 57L of milk a day that’s Tasa, followed by Gala at 55L of milk a day. What that means is that there are plenty of opportunities for youth in Narok and Kajiado Counties to grow food to feed our cows. We need corn, soya, canola, barley, oats , wheat bran, alfalfa, bomarodes etc let me just say Fodder! This why I will be teaming up with the Kenya Youth Fund to ensure we bring youth together to create wealth by putting them into groups to grow the fodder and then sell it to dairy farmers who do not have land. Watch out for an invite for interested Youth! ~ Ledama Olekina
